100 Block of James Place

ROAD CLOSURES: Please be aware that there will be a series of road closures this week.

Tuesday, October 20 – Webster Parish Fair Parade (rolls at 5pm)

Tuesday, October 20 – Trunk or Treat at the Webster Parish Library (starts at 5:30pm)

Friday, October 23 – Minden High School Homecoming Parade (rolls at 3:30pm)

Saturday, October 24 – Witches Ride of Minden Festival & Parade (civic center parking lot closed at EOD Thursday. Event starts at 2pm with parade rolling at 5pm)

The City of Minden provides electricity, water, sewer and garbage services on one monthly utility bill. Use the resources above to manage your account, make a payment or report a service problem.

Start, Stop or Transfer Service

New accounts, transfers and disconnections are handled by the Light and Water Department inside Minden City Hall at 520 Broadway Street.

Contact the Utilities Office before visiting to confirm the identification, property documentation and deposit required for your account.
